ONLINE COMPETITION

Sign up for one of our virtual competitions! Open to residents of Canada, USA & Australia. Every routine will receive 3 judges critiques, scoresheet, eligibility for overalls and e-certificate. Overall awards will be presented in every category with an overall MAILED award, e-certificate and 3 FREE DANCE CLASSES!  Judges special awards will also be presented to stand out routines. The Overall Awards Show will be live-streamed on Twitch on the Sunday at 7pm EST. Tune in to see if you've won! Results for every routine (score and placement) will be posted below after the awards ceremony. All winnings will be sent via email within 7 business days (mailed awards subject to a delay).

All participants will receive a preliminary schedule 3 days prior to the event. A final schedule will be emailed and posted on our website the night before. The schedule will indicate at what time your routine will play on our livestream.

Anne-Marie Laramee

Director & Judge

Anne-Marie is a sought after choreographer, judge and technique specialist known for her attention to detail. She holds her Fellow qualifications with the British Association of Teachers of Dancing, Aerial Arts Certification and Bachelor's degree. She graduated from the Steps on Broadway Professional Ballet Program in New York City and was the TDCI World Ballet Championships Runner-Up in 2010. A few of her performance highlights include: The Shoot Music Video/Dee Caspary, Just For Laughs/Normand Brathwaide, Capezio Show/Brian Friedman. She has been recognized for her outstanding choreography within the competitive and professional domains. Many of her students are now dancing and choreographing professionally in LA, New York and Toronto. She looks forward to seeing the next generation of dancers blossom!

Myranda Bingham

JUDGE

Myranda comes from an extensive background in the professional dance and cheer spheres. She holds her Associate Acro qualifications with the British Association of Teachers of Dancing and Bachelor's of Human Kinetics. She competed across 5 countries on Team Canada, winning the Silver medal for Hip Hop and Pom at the World Cheerleading Pam Am. She has performed as a contortionist stunt double in The Blackcoats Daughter Movie and is now the Head Coach for a professional football dance team (Ottawa Redblacks). She has been recognized regionally and nationally for her outstanding choreography, even being chosen as a leading choreographer for We Day Canada. Myranda seeks to inspire the next generation of dancers to reach their potential and express their own individuality.

Nicole dymianiw

Judge

She has been performing for over 30 years. She is a sought after for her unique and innovative approach to dance, which she currently instills in the workshops and classes she instructs. She has been recognized for her excellenece in choreography in regional and national competitions. In addition, Nicole is a member of the Canadian Dance Teacher's Association Stage Division (Tap), as well as a member of the Professional Adjudicators Alliance having adjudicated many competitions across Canada; this is now her chance to give back on the other side of the stage! Nicole is also the proud owner of Social Media for Dance, a worldwide business focusing on propelling dance marketing in media. It is her goal to instil positive and healthy attitudes in young, aspiring dancers for many years to come.

SARAH DoWHUN

JUDGE

Sarah Dowhun is a professional dance artist and educator. She has received her ballet teaching certificate as an Associate of the Cecchetti Society of Canada (ACSC-CICB) and is a graduate of York University's BFA Dance Program. Sarah has worked in the performance industry in numerous films, television shows and music videos (Maps to the Stars, LAN, Shawn Desman/Luther Brown, STIGMA/Jeff Dimitriou) as both a featured performer and an extra. Sarah also continues to appear in live stage productions (Canadian Ballet Youth Ensemble/Vitek Wincenza/The Kiev Ballet, Bringing Tap Back/Everett Smith, Inner City Dance Company/Irina Aoucheva, Half Second Echo/Miles Gosse, WhatsOn!?TAP!/Kim Chalovich, JDX Creative/Jeff Dimitriou). Most recently, Sarah has begun working as an assistant choreographer on various sets across the GTA as well as project manager for Dimitriou Dance Intensive.
